Annual or Perennial?
Annual wildflowers, as the name suggests, will last for one season. Annual meadows are quick to establish and give high visual impact. Sow in the spring and have your meadow that summer.
Perennial meadows consist of hardy wildflowers that will return year on year. They take longer to establish and although you may get a flush of colour in the first season they will come into their own over several years.
